We're doing well at KISSmetrics. And we want to do even better. So we went ahead and set some pretty aggressive growth rates. Now it's our job to meet them.
Standard marketing and sales strategies aren't going to cut it. We need to blend marketing with engineering so our products are as persuasive as possible. We'll dive into user flows, onboarding, in-product upsells, and relentlessly test all of product ideas to see which ones grow the business the most. You'll be on the Marketing team to build projects that drive growth.
You'll help us come up with ideas to test, launch them, and find the best ways to keep growing KISSmetrics. You'll be on the cutting-edge.

At KISSmetrics, you'll own your projects, take the lead on your own ideas, and get feedback on everything you do.
I'm not going to lie, the pace on the Marketing team will be intense. We'll rapidly innovate, it's all going to get tested. And we 4x'd our monthly lead counts this year on the marketing team. In 2015, we want to do it again. We're going after hypergrowth to scale this into a truly great company. You'll be right in the middle of it all and have a chance to drive our business to the next level.
