Heroku's platform is becoming increasingly popular for web application deployment. Our customers are deploying incredibly exciting applications and we need to guide them in getting the most out of the platform across their entire organization. We're looking to hire a seasoned Technical Account Manager to foster the technical success and overall happiness of our customers.
The ideal TAM candidate has web development experience and proven success building strong relationships with customers. If you have those characteristics coupled with a desire to apply those skills to make Heroku's top-tier customers fanatic Heroku fans, we want to meet you.
You will be responsible for getting new customers quickly up to speed on Heroku, ensuring that they get the most out of the platform, helping them continue to develop and expand their successful use of Heroku, and uncover additional opportunities to deploy on the platform.

Customer facing experience as well as exposure to modern web languages like Ruby, Python, and Node in a development capacity are required.
