TeamSupport is a rapidly growing provider of customer support (or “helpdesk”) applications. We’re looking for an experienced, friendly and professional technical support representative with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The person we’re looking for will be technically savvy and will be able to help customers with questions, troubleshooting the software and resolving service issues.

The ideal candidate will be in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX. This is currently a virtual/telecommuting position, but it will require frequent visits to the Dallas office and may eventually turn into a full-time office position.
35-45k salary based on experience.
