TeamSupport is a rapidly growing provider of customer support (or “helpdesk”) applications. We’re looking for an experienced, friendly and professional technical support representative with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The person we’re looking for will be technically savvy and will be able to help customers with questions, troubleshooting the software and resolving service issues.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate effectively, courteously and directly with customers to resolve technical issues or questions.
  • Respond to customers and service requests that originate by telephone, web-based portals, e-mail, and chat.
  • Interact with software developers and product managers to escalate customer issues that need more technical expertise to resolve.
  • Write detailed notes about the customer interaction in the help desk system.


  • 1-2 years of technical support experience, preferably supporting a software product to end users (we will consider recent college graduates in lieu of work experience).
  • Highly knowledgeable of computer and software operations, platforms, functions, and terminology.
  • Very strong written skills. Most of our client interactions are text based and excellent writing skills are critical to the customer experience.
  • A pro-active, knowledge seeking attitude.
  • Be able to work effectively on their own with little supervision.
  • A passion for delivering superior customer support.


The ideal candidate will be in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX. This is currently a virtual/telecommuting position, but it will require frequent visits to the Dallas office and may eventually turn into a full-time office position.


35-45k salary based on experience.
