We are looking for a self motivated Client Support Specialist looking to join our team in supporting our popular cloud based booking and e-commerce application. Checkfront is based out of Vancouver and Victoria BC, Canada. Although we are ideally looking for a local candidate, we will consider telecommuting and flex-work for talented individuals in a relative timezone. We are open to contract and full time engagements, however Checkfront must be your primary focus. We believe in a work-life balance and aligning people with goals that benefit the company, and the person.

An understanding of website frameworks / CMS including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal.

If you are are applying for a remote role, you must have: a quiet closed door office, high speed internet, an unshared desktop / laptop with current OS.

We require you to:

Respond to customer requests.

Troubleshoot configurations.

Help onboard new trial accounts and respond to general sales inquiries.
