Description

If you’re looking for a team with awesome developers that truly believe nothing is impossible, you’re at the right place. We’re bringing a human touch to an industry that has, until now, been focused mostly on automated systems. We embrace failure and iteration, and love to give and receive feedback that makes us and our code better. Balance and pragmatism is the name of our game.

Elemica is committed to dragging the supply chain automation industry into the 21st century by embracing the principle that software is about people. We want to change how companies large and small make and exchange products. At our core, we’re responsible for automating and integrating supply chain services in customer and supplier management, strategic sourcing, and logistics. Elemica’s clients achieve significant benefit from reduced operational cost, faster process execution, and frictionless information flow.

Our team contributes to open source, appreciates great design, and fosters aspiring minds looking to shape the future. We share what we can, and we’re not afraid to take inspiration from other places. We’re dedicated to building great software; to do that, we check our egos at the door and embrace geographic flexibility. Our developers are distributed over six countries and across three continents. We collaborate online and in person, have mad GIF skills, and a Hubot who was once Chief of the Astronaut Office.
