Customer.io is a SaaS product that helps people better email their customers. We have over 270 happy customers (and many interested prospective customers) who ask us lots of great questions over email.
We’re looking for our first key member dedicated to helping new people be successful in the product. Your job will be to help people who are on-boarding in the product. You’ll also help more experienced people who are running in to technical issues.
Whether it’s replying to everything by email, writing more documentation or creating short videos, how we scale our universe-class support is going to be your responsibility.
