At Zoomi Inc., we’ve created the next generation of performance optimization technology, by bringing together the disciplines of machine learning, predictive analytics and adaptive learning. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Zoomi’s global team.

What you’ll do

The Product Manager will lead efforts to research, analyze, define, document and verify improvements to Zoomi’s core products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with different teams spanning research, client implementation, sales, marketing, engineering, as well as external clients. The perfect candidate will have a background in a technical field, learn quickly, take on new challenges, and have some experience driving decisions from data.

More specifically you’ll:

  • Strive to deeply understand Zoomi users and the market, as well as Zoomi’s current product offering
  • Work with our leadership to define a forward-looking product strategy
  • Build, drive and manage a product roadmap against that strategy
  • Communicate product priorities across the organization
  • Work closely with clients educating and helping them solve their business problems
  • Prepare and present business proposals for the evaluation and selection of system enhancements and acquisition of new technologies
  • Decompose tasks and develop specifications along with Developers
  • Prepare strategy, pricing, & go to market materials
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies and best practices to provide solution direction
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
  • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner

What your resume should have

  • Experience (3+ years) with software product analysis, ownership and requirements definition
  • Experience with or knowledge of data visualization practices
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong focus on user needs and usability
  • Preferred experience working on a distributed team, following the core agile principles for software development
