We are looking for an outstanding support engineer to join our small team to help our customers successfully use, adopt and learn about our popular web-based products. In this role you will answer support requests, help customers troubleshoot technical issues, give product demonstrations and trainings, as well as assist customers with their migration to our products. You will also work on customization projects and help us extend TestRail's ecosystem.
To help us with these tasks, you have comprehensive experience with the software testing and development process and you have a strong technical background. As you will help us with various technical projects as part of this role and assist customers with troubleshooting installation and configuration issues, you are well-versed in various programming languages and have experience with both Windows Server and Linux environments. You also enjoy writing and directly working with customers.
