This is a busy full time role that’s varied and interesting.
You will be helping our customers by phone and email; from their initial sales enquiries through to set-up, general service information and fault finding.
There will be an opportunity to take a share of out-of-hours customer support.
You will be working from home (we’ll supply you with the equipment and telephony and internet services to do this) so you need to be confident of working independently and you need a quiet and secure space in your home to work from.
Desired Skills & Experience
You need to have a confident and friendly manner with customers. Some technical knowledge and/or previous experience with telephone support would be helpful but is not a necessity.
Comfortable working both individually and in a virtual team environment.
A home - we will supply the required equipment, telephony and Internet connection. You will need a quiet and secure space to work from.
