About You

As Account Ops you are the peanut butter AND the jelly. You serve as a liaison between Sales and Account Management. You take a deal that has been closed by Sales and work with Account Managers to make sure the deal is executed properly and to customer specifications. You are THE most organized person on the planet. You can turn chaos into clarity. Your spreadsheets love you. Customers will love you.

We’re a technology-focused company that believes in building great software to make advertisers and publishers more efficient and successful. We’re a team of 17, mostly remote, with a small component of the team working out of our Boston HQ. We have tens of thousands of users and a growing product offering.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work between our Sales and Account Management teams to make sure campaigns are executed on schedule.
  • Use your unique position in the campaign execution process to assist in the business development and growth of key initiatives at BSA.
  • Build rapport with some of our top clients while helping us ensure their success.
  • Have a “whatever it takes” mentality when it comes to customer success. While you’ll be free to work “upstream” on some exciting biz-dev opportunities, you’ll also have to get your hands dirty with mundane spreadsheet work.


We don’t have strict requirements for formal education or years of experience in a specific career, but needless to say, we’re looking for someone with proven success who is ready for the next stepping stone of their career. To that end, these bullet points should seem comfortable:

  • Articulate, charismatic, and all of the associated personality traits of a likeable human being.
  • Ability to take quality notes. If you weren’t good at this in school, this role probably isn’t for you. You will frequently go from a voice call to GSD mode and be expected not to forget anything.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Ability to get things done as a “self-starter,” i.e., without micromanagement.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • We prefer the Eastern timezone for this position, but are open to any for the right candidate.
