As the Support Engineer you’ll take charge of helping other engineers to implement and run their applications based on Contentful.
You’ll be responsible for growing and keeping our documentation and code examples up to date. You’ll also work very closely with our engineering team getting exposure to our entire infrastructure and codebase.
You’ll get to know and contribute to our opensource projects on our official and experimental github accounts.
You’ll help Contentful Customers by:
- explaining concepts and functionality of our platform
- point to documentation and other resources
- providing code examples
- help troubleshooting issues
