Description

Our complete focus is helping our members eat healthier. We do this in two ways: we help them learn how to maintain a healthy diet through education, and by providing shopping lists, recipes, and meal plans.

As our primary member support advocate, you will work with our members one-on-one through email, member forums, and social media channels. You will answer questions about the program, our recipes, cooking, the meal plans, and assist with technical issues.

You will also work directly with, and assist our founder, as she helps teach and guide our members through their transition.

This is a very tight-knit community, and you will get to know many members on a very personal level. As an advocate you will need to be able to give encouragement, comfort, and support and practice grace and diplomacy at all times. You must also be able to sympathize and have empathy for their struggles and challenges.

If you are constantly curious, a fast researcher, extremely resourceful, love correcting typos, and can’t stand users having anything less than a stellar experience, we want to hear from you! (You must also be obsessed with social media).

If you're looking to punch a clock, this is NOT the job for you. Some nights and weekends are required.

We are open to anyone in Los Angeles, the United States or Canada.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Answer questions, facilitate discussions, and interact with members by email, forums, and social media.
  • Assist with technical trouble-shooting such as retrieving lost files, resetting their password, or making changes to their membership.
  • Maintain daily reports on membership.
  • Work closely wither entire time to create education materials for members.
  • Copyedit workbooks, meal plans, newsletters, blog posts, and other written materials.
  • Solid understanding of all social media platforms and emerging trends.
  • Enjoy pleasing others and making sure they have the best possible experience.
  • Create daily sales reports on membership growth.
  • Detail-oriented, RESOURCEFUL, self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • At least 2 years of full-time experience; customer service preferred.
  • Fine-tuned combination of drive, ambition, and flexibility.
  • Passion and/or basic understanding of whole-food, plant-based nutrition.
