About Safari

Working at Safari means playing a key role in our rapidly-growing, highly-distributed team. Everyone is encouraged to be autonomous but highly communicative—we rely on Hangouts, HipChat, JIRA, GitHub, animated gifs and Google Apps much more than email and phone.

We expect our team to build the products they want to use and to use those products for the same reasons that our users do: to be remarkable at their jobs. We strive to operate in public, with a strong encouragement for our team to blog and tweet often and to talk at public events about the work they do.

This position is open to remote candidates in the US and UK, but can also be based in our Boston, New York, or SF Bay Area offices, and will report to a Senior Designer. Safari enjoys a work atmosphere where everyone’s opinions and ideas are valued. We’re committed to work-life balance and offer everyone opportunities to learn, experiment and grow.

Creative and enthusiastic employees are our most valued resource and the basis for our success. Safari takes great pride in how we recruit, hire and support our employees. This includes a very competitive and comprehensive benefit offering, like medical, company paid dental and vision coverage; matching 401K, company paid short and long-term disability; domestic partner coverage; and paid time off, including paid parental leave, sabbatical leave, paid birthday off and flexible sick time.
