This is your opportunity to work on a cool, modern, single-page web app. The software you write will be used by many high-profile companies, and you'll be challenged to use the latest web standards to implement clean and responsive user interfaces.

We are seeking an experienced front-end web developer to translate beautiful, cutting-edge designs into functional front-end user interfaces. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful user interfaces, and who cares about each and every pixel. You’ll be developing a brand new version of our performance management software, but to get a feel for the types of designs you'll be working with, check out Dash.

Required Skills:

  • CSS expert (CSS3, responsive layout, high DPI graphics)
  • JavaScript expert (closures, events, touch UI)
  • HTML expert (including DOM manipulation)
  • SVG
  • Bachelor's degree

Required Tools and Libraries:

  • jQuery
  • Less (or equivalent CSS pre-processor)
  • Photoshop

Helpful Skills:

  • Backbone
  • D3.js
  • Animations (CSS3 transformations and jQuery/Velocity animations)

Please Note:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be available to travel to Washington, DC a few times per year (at our expense)
  • Security clearance not required, but you must be able to pass a background check to obtain a secret clearance
