Your Technical Skills

  • Ruby On Rails

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years as a mid or senior-level engineer
  • Worked at both fast-growing startups and established companies
  • A RoR expert with experience building RESTful web services and APIs
  • Solid experience freelancing and/or working in remote teams
  • Can work as part of a small team or on your own as needed
  • You’ve had to wear multiple hats in previous roles
  • Experience interviewing, hiring, training and leading other engineers
  • You’ve worked with customers to help understand their needs

Things you might do

  • Build and ship features independently, with fast release cycles (every 2-4 weeks)
  • Enhance and extend our SaaS architecture to support rapid growth in number of customers
  • Reply to support inquiries from customers to better understand their needs
  • Work with other engineers and product designers to brainstorm and test new ideas
  • Drive to continuously maintain high product quality and improve the process
