  • We use Github, Hipchat, Sococo, Splunk, and Atlassian and Google products to stay organized and in touch

Who we want:

  • You communicate well - in your code and in correspondence with non-technical people
  • You are approachable and humble
  • You love learning and teaching, and are able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • You enjoy being involved in high-level design and planning
  • You strive to be an expert with your toolset

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Great family benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401(k) matching)
  • An agile development environment
  • A small team who meets virtually for daily standups and works from stories in a 2-week sprint cycle
  • Paid trips to Florida to hang out and work with us
  • Paid trips to developer conferences
  • We cover tools for learning, like books and classes
  • Flexibility for time off to do personal things

Want to apply? Great. We’d love for you to include these things:

  • Your projects or favorite contributions on Github or Stack Overflow
  • What you’re currently interested in learning or wish you had time to learn
  • A link to your resume
