A UX/UI focused, front-end developer. We’ve got an outstanding product that needs a fresh face. You don’t need to do the design work, just add your touch to implementing what our design team has come up with.


  • Advanced Javascript skills
  • Experience writing Javascript/AJAX applications from scratch
  • Modern HTML & CSS skills
  • Experience with Restful Services
  • Some back-end programming experience (PHP/Rails/Java)


  • UI Design & UX experience
  • Familiarity with Java/Tomcat
  • Familiarity with Agile design process
  • Mobile development
  • Open Source project experience
  • Ability to create artifacts / artwork with modern design tools
  • Experience or interest in visualization (graphs, charts, etc)


  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Passionate about what you do
  • Self-motivated (we don’t micro-manage, and you’ll be working from home)
  • Willing to work flexible hours (to liaise with our UK and Fiji developers)
  • Comfortable with debugging
  • Write reusable, semantic code
  • Strong sense of ownership in what you build
  • Strong opinions on UI/UX
  • Sense of humor
